Why load monitoring?
The monitoring of complex, statically indeterminate systems, especially LED wall systems, is indispensable for us. The smallest levelling deviations lead to enormous load peaks, which can quickly lead to overloading of the suspension points. We counteract this with continuous monitoring.
Loadcontrol was created in 2014 on our initiative with the aim of using modern load measurement systems to increase safety at events. Now we are able to, we wirelessly transfer the load informations to a display in order to be able to monitor and evaluate forces occurring at suspension points in critical or other areas.
We have a large number of these systems and are now also able to utilise wired systems that are integrated into the motor and enable a group shutdown of the controllers in an emergency.
